501c3 Planned Pethood De Juarez began after 15 years of working together to rescue small street dog from Juarez, Mexico to Albuquerque, New Mexico, US. We now focus on providing very low-cost spay and neuter for people with limited access to veterinary care and spay and neuter clinics to stop stray pet overpopulation and street dog suffering.
Partner organizations allow us to do a limited number of rescues of mainly low-shedding, healthy small dogs. All dogs rescued are completely vetted and healthy prior to transport. READ MORE
Our Mission
Homeless Dog Rescue
Suffering has no borders. Neither does true compassion. Planned Pethood takes in those suffering and tends to them with the compassion they need. The dogs we help have their lives changed beyond measure. They become the fortunate ones.
The estimated 200,000 homeless dogs in the Juarez area we serve are something we take very seriously, and our team works each and every day to make a positive impact.
